Growth increases your usage and adds a second AI receptionist, staff-specific bookings, outbound AI callbacks, call recordings, sentiment analysis, advanced analytics, SMS templates, conversation assignment, custom roles and additional number-connection options.
Yes. Both Basic and Growth include the native diary with booking, rescheduling and cancellation, subject to the configured booking rules.
